✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Before completing your purchase, we strongly recommend reviewing your order details — including size, color, quantity, and shipping information. Mistakes happen, and we’re here to help.

- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. A small 10% cancellation fee applies.

- Processed or Shipped Orders: Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

🔄 Exchanges

Currently, Shareec does not offer direct exchanges for size or color selections.

- If an order was placed by mistake, you may cancel it within the 24-hour window and place a new order.

- Our support team is happy to guide you to ensure you select the right size or style from the start.


📦 Returns & Refunds

Shareec offers a generous 120-day return policy for eligible items. After this period, all sales are considered final.

✅ Eligible for Return:

Criteria Description
Damaged or Defective Items Any item that arrives broken, faulty, or not functioning properly.
Incorrect Product If you receive the wrong product or variation.
Significantly Different Products that differ notably from the online description, in color, material, or features.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

Criteria Description
Used, Washed, or Altered Items showing signs of wear, laundering, or modification.
Minor Imperfections Loose threads, slight color variations, or small cosmetic issues.
Missing Tags or Packaging Returns must include all original packaging and labels.
Improper Handling Damage Damage caused by misuse or mishandling by the customer.

📝 How to Request a Refund

Include the following details to ensure faster processing:

+ Clear photos or videos of the issue

+ Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

+ Shipping receipt, if applicable

⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.


⏱ Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received:

- Refunds are issued within 7 business days.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

- Refunds will include the original shipping cost when applicable.

If your refund has not appeared after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for assistance.
