🛒 Modify, Cancel, or Return Your Order

At Store: Shareec, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth, transparent shopping experience. Every order is carefully reviewed and processed with attention to detail. If you need to make changes, our team will assist you promptly and fairly within the guidelines outlined below.


✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Before completing your purchase, we strongly recommend reviewing all order details, including size, color, quantity, and shipping address.

Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing and handling costs

Processed or Shipped Orders

  • Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible
  • In such cases, the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy

🔄 Order Changes

Order changes (such as size, color, or address updates) can only be requested within the same 24-hour window after purchase and before processing begins.

Changes are not guaranteed and depend on order status and inventory availability.


🔁 Exchanges

At this time, Store: Shareec does not offer direct exchanges.

If an incorrect item was ordered:

  • You may cancel the order within the 24-hour cancellation window and place a new order, or
  • Follow the return process after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

📦 Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled according to our official Return & Refund Policy, summarized below:

  • Return window: within 30 days of delivery
  • Refund processing: within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with packaging

📝 How to Request a Cancellation, Return, or Refund

To initiate a request, email support@shareec.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the request
  • Clear photos or videos (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
  • Proof of purchase, if requested

⚠️ Important: Do not send any items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.


Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method
  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary
