🔄 Return Eligibility (30 Days)

You may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.


📦 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

📨 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shareec.com within the 30-day return window and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our support team will provide return instructions once your request is approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Store: Shareec is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

💳 Refund Process (14 Days)

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
