📦 Shipping Information

At Shareec, we are committed to processing and delivering every order placed on shareec.com in a timely, transparent, and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing timeline, delivery estimates, shipping coverage, and related responsibilities.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 business days. If this occurs, customers will be notified via email

Total delivery time = Order processing time + carrier transit time

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase.


🌎 Shipping Coverage

Store: Shareec currently ships to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • Alaska & Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses

Delivery times to non-contiguous U.S. locations (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO) may require additional transit time, typically 5–10 business days, depending on carrier routing.


📨 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • The shipping carrier
  • Your tracking number
  • A direct tracking link for real-time updates

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.


📜 Risk of Loss & Delivery Completion

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier’s tracking system marks it as “Delivered.”


🕵️ Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

  • Review tracking details for carrier updates
  • Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members

If the package cannot be located, contact support@shareec.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with the carrier investigation process.

For packages marked as stolen after delivery, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier. While Store: Shareec cannot guarantee replacements for stolen packages, we will provide reasonable support where possible.


🏷 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • Customers may request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or
  • Request a refund for the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

Please verify your shipping details carefully before placing an order.


📦 Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.
