- 🚫 Weekend & Holiday Processing: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

📨 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- 🚛 The assigned shipping carrier
- 🔢 Your tracking number
- 🔗 A direct link for real-time tracking updates
This allows you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.
📜 Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership of the package transfers to you once the carrier has accepted the shipment.
When the carrier marks a package as “Delivered”, the delivery is considered complete.
🕵️ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your shipment appears lost or delayed, please:
- ✔️ Confirm that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
- ✔️ Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- ✔️ Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@shareec.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will help investigate and explore available solutions.
For packages marked as stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. While we cannot guarantee replacements for stolen packages, we will always support you through the process and do our best to assist.
🏷️ Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may choose to:
- 🔁 Reship the package (additional shipping fees may apply)
- 💵 Request a refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
Please ensure your address is accurate before submitting your order to avoid delays.
📦 Multiple Shipments
For larger or multi-item orders, products may ship in separate packages to speed up delivery times. Each package will include its own tracking number for full transparency.
