6. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with the DMCA.
A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court and acceptance of service of process
7. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, Shareec reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to our website for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
8. False Claims
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal consequences. Claimants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
9. Limitation of Liability
